Creative studio portrait session with Kristi

Wow we had a fun time creating these photos! Kristi wished to have some nice photos of herself so that there would be more than just phone selfies and photos. And I think we created some really nice timeless and fun portraits that will bring good emotions in a loong time. This time we played with the light a bit more creatively. I had done a little DIY project and created a few Gobos. A Gobo is an object (in my case a few cardboard boxes cut into different shapes) placed inside or in front of the light source to control the shape of the emitted light and its shadows. That results in a more mysterious and interesting light that casts shadows and highlights on the background and the model. It was really a lot of fun to play around with the light this way and Kristi looked stunning in that setting!
